• We reserve the right to refuse service if a request is unlawful or unsafe.

Payments

• Payments must be made as per agreed quotation or invoice terms.

• AMC payments are non-refundable once services commence.

• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

Warranty & Liability

• Warranty (if any) on parts/services will be specified in the invoice.

• Z INFOTECH is not responsible for pre-existing faults, data loss due to hardware failure, or third-party software issues.

• Clients are advised to back up their data before any repair or service.

Data & Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client data during service delivery. However, we are not liable for data loss caused by existing hardware damage, malware, or external factors.

Appointment & Service Delays

Service timelines may vary based on availability of parts, location, and technical complexity. PAN-India service coverage is subject to logistics and engineer availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Service cancellation must be informed in advance.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting service/inspection charges.

• No refunds for completed services.
